The Auto Pride "Hot Pack" is a direct communication link to all Auto Service Experts. Auto Pride members deliver the "Hot Pack" direct to each Auto Service Expert shop on a quarterly basis. The Auto Pride "Hot Packs" contains Auto Pride and vendor marketing materials such as bay and window banners, service menu signs, marketing merchandise samples, Care-Care Aware and Magnuson-Moss signs and hangtags, waiting room items such as candy, children’s coloring books and tissue boxes. Vendor contents include sample products, tech bulletins, promotional and point-of-sale materials, countermats, hats and shop tools. All of these marketing items are provided by manufacturers and Auto Pride members to enhance the professionalism of the repair facility and enable the shop to attract more and better customers.
